Who this covers

This policy explains what Westside Christian School collects through this website, and what happens to it.

The site is built and hosted by Bright Motion, which operates it on behalf of Westside Christian School.

When you browse this site

This site uses AgentHog to count visits, see which pages are read, and see what kind of device and which country visits come from. AgentHog uses a visitor identifier (cookie or local storage) so returning visits can be recognized.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

When you contact us

If you send a message through a form on this site, or sign up for email updates, we collect what you type into that form — typically your name, your email address, and anything you write in the message.

Submissions are emailed to the church and are also stored in the website's database.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to the church addresses configured for that form, and stored in a database operated by Bright Motion.

We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data collected through this site. It is used only to operate the site and to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send for as long as it is needed to operate the site and respond to you. We delete it on request, and when the church's agreement with Bright Motion ends.

Requesting a copy or deletion

Email [email protected] to ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted. Requests reach Bright Motion, which holds the data.

Information about children

If you send an enrollment or program inquiry that includes information about a child, it is handled exactly like any other message: delivered to the church, stored, and used for nothing else. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy was last updated on 2026-08-25. When it changes, the updated version replaces this one on every site Bright Motion operates.
